Corporate Coach currently offers a 7-month program, leading to the Professional Certified Coach qualification.

Participants will be selected based on a number of criteria before they are admitted to the program.

A combination of theories, with face-to-face sessions under the direct supervision of Dr Michael Heah will be used to expose students to key aspects of coaching.

There will be 2 assessments during the 7-month period, consisting of coaching workshop learning, supervised coaching sessions, one-on-one coach mentoring, peer-client coaching, project paper and written examinations, which will be used as a basis for the qualification.
