Both the certified and non certified programs are conducted in 2 delivery modes ie face to face workshop or teleclasses by Certified Professional Coaches. Details of the Teleclasses are provided below.
- Each teleclass is of 12 session duration, of 2 hours each, usually held on Mondays and Thursdays from 8 to 10 pm (GMT + 8). These can be changed depending on the group size and country where the coach students reside.
- It is conducted via Skype, using PC-to-PC call which provides free teleconferencing facility.
- This mode of coach learning caters to those who are not able to attend the face to face workshops, or who prefers a more flexible schedule.
- The workshops are delivered as coaching clinic style, on a small group basis of not more than 5 participants with a lot of action learning activities to accelerate hands-on results.
