Michael Heah

Coach Michael Heah is the CEO and Founder of Corporate Coach Academy and Corporate Coach and an Adjunct Professor for Universiti Utara, Malaysia.

He is an ICF-Credentialed Professional Certified Coach, the first in Malaysia and among the very few in Asia to have achieved this world class coaching qualification. He is the Founder and first President of ICF, Malaysia Chapter. In addition, he is also a Licensed Coach-Trainer from an internationally-recognized coach institution.

His other accomplishments include: Malaysian representative to APEC in work relating to tourism and economic development and Advisor-Consultant to European Union and Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

He has more than 20 years experience in various corporate portfolios such as Executive Director and Head of Retail in the largest tourism and hospitality organization, President of the largest Tourism College and Founder of Malaysia's first homegrown travel franchise.

A well known figure in Coaching, he is a columnist and writer in Malaysia's leading media.

He is also the author of a coaching book, "Dialogue with the Coach".

He has personally coached and certified hundreds of people from all walks of life and industries to be workplace coaches or professional coaches.
 

Tan Sri Datuk Dr Jegathesan

Coach Tan Sri Datuk Dr Jegathesan is a well accomplished and a well known personality both in sports and medicine, locally and internationally.

He has a colorful and internationally accomplished life where many can gain from his formula for success. In the field of sports, his accomplishments include: 'Fastest Man in Asia', 'Flying Doctor', first Malaysian Sportsman of the Year (1966), 1st Malaysian in the Olympic Semi-Final (Tokyo & Mexico) and 'Holder of the Unbroken Record in the 200M Track'.

In the field of medicine, his accomplishments include: holder of the National Science Award, former Deputy Director-General in the Ministry of Heath and Founding Fellow in the Academy of Science.

He is also an Adjunct Professor for University of Malaya and University Putra, Malaysia. Apart from coaching, his other contributions are in consulting, mentoring and training to support people in their quest for excellence.

Josephine Ong

Coach Josephine Ong is an ICF-trained Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Customer Service Trainer with the Ministry of Tourism.

Her solid corporate experience consists of her leadership role in Corporate Coach Academy and Corporate Coach as its Director of Sales and Marketing and a 20 year experience in Sales and Marketing as the Regional Manager of the largest travel conglomerate and also with Singapore Airlines.

Jo’s life mission is to help to people gain a healthy life balance in order to achieve the most in their lives. Equally, she coaches executives and organizational leaders to be high performance leaders, and also in helping sales professionals to be masters in selling.

Rajiv Mathews

Coach Rajiv Mathews is an ICF Credentialed Professional Coach who has been a full time Learning and Coaching Practitioner with Harvest Global Resources Sdn Bhd since 2001. With a strong passion to inspire and nurture, Rajiv has transformed the lives of people and that of businesses through his coaching sessions that cover life, business, executive as well as mentorship. He is a Sales Specialist Coach and has pioneered the Sales Coaching Clinic in this part of the world that has delivered tremendous results both in individuals and organizations.

Rajiv started his career in the United States after graduation in 1992 and spent his formative years in the area of management, sales and marketing; and business development covering industries like hospitality, manufacturing, and merchant banking before embarking onto a career in coaching.

He holds a double degree in Bachelor in Business, B.B.A, United States and Bachelor in Commerce, B. Com, India.

Currently, he is a mentor coach to coach certification students, guiding and supporting them to be global coaches as well.

Dr Suriya Osman

Coach Dr Suriyakhatun Osman is an ICF-trained Certified Professional Coach. She is also a medical doctor and is a specialist in Homeopathy and Reproductive Medicine. She is the first medical doctor with a coaching credential in this part of the world.

She uses a holistic approach that combines coaching with the healing of the mind, body and soul. This is the common theme that runs through all her coaching and medical work where she seeks a holistic solution to health and well being.

Wanting to help people live their lives in a fulfilling manner, she is also actively involved in teaching and training where she has been instrumental in developing the first degree program in Homeopathy. She also has developed coach-training programs on communication, right brain thinking, creative thinking and emotional/spiritual intelligence.

Coach Cindy Koo is an ICF-trained Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Trainer of the Ministry of Tourism.

She has more than 30 years of working experience in various commercial sectors and  plantation management, manufacturing industries, investment holdings, learning industries and others.

Leveraging on her strong personal mission and passion to grow people, she combines it with her own blend of creative and organizational methods to help people realize their dreams  in the most fulfilling way.  She also designates a portion of her time towards non-income generating coaching programs for churches and NGOs.  

Currently, she is a mentor coach to coach certification students, guiding and supporting them to be global coaches as well. She is currently based in Australia.

Bob Lim

Coach Bob Lim has a rich background in people development. He is an ICF-trained Certified Professional Coach, a Professional Certified Tennis Coach (USA) and a Certified Customer Service Trainer with the Ministry of Tourism.

Bob has a varied background made up of law enforcement as a senior police officer and a senior officer in the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) and corporate exposure in construction, fire safety and automobile.   

Bob's naturalness as a leader also see him being a very successful community leader who sees to the spiritual growth of people.

Stephen de Souza

Coach Stephen De Souza is an Executive Coach with a highly experienced senior management background whose track record includes general management, product management, marketing and sales and operations and consultancy in varied industries and locations regionally.

He has many solid skills in supporting executives in various aspects of their executive and leadership growth. His other specialty is his expert knowledge in the field of outplacement where he gained  this from his previous appointment as the Managing Director of a global outplacement organization where  he managed all aspects of business development, consultancy delivery and operations and administration, particularly in the area of Transition Management.

Susan Ong

Coach Susan Ong holds a Masters in Business Administration and is both an ICF-trained  Certified Professional Coach  and also a Coach-Consultant.  She is also the Vice President of Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches.  

She brings with her a wealth of experience of over 25 years from various local conglomerates, multinational and international industries, in areas such as building human resources (HR) infrastructures as well as directing HR functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee & industrial relations and training.

With her high skilled forte in people management, Susan is also a Senior Consultant representing Malaysia with a global outplacement/consultancy firm to coach individuals who have experienced job loss through a proprietary Career Transition Program.

Helen Teh

Coach Helen M. E. Teh is an ICF-trained Certified Professional Coach who brings with her a wealth of experience of over 25 years working with all levels in local organizations and multinationals in the education and financial industries.  She has had extensive hands-on experience in HR, customer servicing, operations, organizational administration and strategic planning.  

She has been instrumental in setting up policies, structures, systems and processess and implementing changes in established and new businesses.

As part of senior management teams, Helen also brings with her extensive exposure in corporate strategic business areas, decision making and executive coaching.  At every stage of her career, Helen has conducted effective on-the-job training, facilitating workshops and coaching, formal training and development sessions.

She is a Qualified and Accredited Administrator of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MRI) with a Cambridge-SMG Training Award (SMG Training Systems in collaboration with the University of  Cambridge).

Helen's career background and achievements indicate a flexible and adaptable individual.  She has moved from a corporate career to become a full time coach to pursue her passion in helping and inspiring people, moving them forward and facilitating them to make holistic decisions to achieve what they want at work and in life.

Helen is a also an Accredited Career Management Consultant representing Lee Hecht Harrsion, Singapore, to coach individuals on Career Transition and Management, through a proprietary Career Transition Program.

Coach Trevor Neal is an ICF-trained Certified Professional Coach who brings a unique blend of lfie and corporate experience, insight and pragmatism into his coaching partnerships.

Over the past 25 years, Trevor has accumulated a wealth of learning through roles that include teaching, corporate training, commercial management and organizational learning & development. His broad perspective, leadership capability, and learning expertise saw him rise to senior management positions in global pharmaceutical companies internationally. In this capacity, he was fortunate to have made significant contributions to organizations in Australia, Asia and more recently across Central and Eastern Europe.

As his career evolved, Trevor developed a reputation as a trusted and compassionate colleague with a gift for coaching, mentoring and developing people across all levels of the organization. It is this collection of experience and passion for supporting the development of people that has led to his current work in establishing a coaching practice focused on the growth of leaders and performance cultures in organizations.  

Apart from his international coaching practice, Trevor currently partners with CCA as a mentor coach to coach certification students, offering guidance and support in their quest to become internationally recognized professional coaches.
