This workshop focuses on how to co-create an empowering game plan with a ‘fool proof’ follow through structure that forges people ahead with fewer chances of ‘relapse’.  Essentially, it is about achieving sustainability in the change process which is one of the biggest challenges facing any leader. Here you will learn how to be proactive, practical and strategic when crafting and orchestrating out action plans for solid and sustainable results.

ABOUT CORPORATE COACH ACADEMY?

THE MASTER COACH & FOUNDER


Dr Michael Heah (mikeheah@corporate-coach.com) is the CEO of Corporate Coach Academy and Corporate Coach.  
He is also the Adjunct Professor for University Utara, Kedah.  He is the Founder and the first President of the International Coach Federation, Malaysia Chapter.  He is a well known figure in Coaching and is a regular columnist and writer in the New Straits Times.

He is an ICF Credentialed Professional Certified Coach, the first in Malaysia and the very few in Asia to have acquired this world class coaching qualification.   He is also a Licensed Coach-Trainer from the International Coach Academy, another world renowned coaching institution.

Academically, he is qualified with a Doctorate and Masters in Hospitality & Tourism, a Degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Psychology from various universities in UK
Michael’s contribution to Coaching in Malaysia and in this part of the world is tremendous.  Not only has he created a high Coaching presence in this region, but has also helped thousands of individuals, organizations, including universities to attain greater success. He actively coaches and certifies aspiring coaches to become professional and workplace coaches.  

Michael is also well known internationally. He is a member of a number of international coaching networks and he is perhaps, the first and only Malaysian (probably in Asia) to have coaching clients in many parts of the world, notably Europe, North America, Canada and Australia.   

He is well-backed up with more than 30 years of hands-on corporate exposure in a range of portfolios covering many industries, from a shop floor worker to senior management positions
