RAJIV MATHEWS GEORGE
Rajiv Mathews is a trained coach-consultant and facilitator-trainer,
and is also an associate coach with International Coaching
Federation as well as an authorized certified trainer with
Napoleon Hill Associates. He returned to Malaysia from the
United States in the year 2000 bringing with him more than
10 years experience in leadership, management, and international
business. The industries he has served include polymers
and original equipment manufacturing (OEM’s); mergers
and acquisitions; and community development.
He
is a double degree holder in business administration, and
commerce with university education hailing from the United
States and India. Rajiv is recipient of the “International
Who’s Who Among Professionals” in 1998 and he
was also inducted into the “Iowa Jaycees Hall of Fame
in 1993” for outstanding achievement in membership
recruitment in the U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce.
Rajiv
currently focuses on Sales Performance and Life Skills Coaching.
He has a strong vision to inspire, nurture and transform
excellence for human development. His current focus is in
the financial planning and corporate sectors conducting
one-on-one and group coaching sessions. He has pioneered
the Sales Coaching Clinic, which delivers tremendous results
in sales and individual performance ranging from 100 - 300%
in a period of 6 months to a year.
Rajiv
Mathews is a dynamic and charismatic coach. He strongly
believes and works in the alignment of the mind, body and
spirit for total transformation. He has designed the “Win
Daily” system to activate total performance for individual
growth. He has achieved his active leadership experience
during his involvement with United States Junior Chamber
of Commerce. He has also chaired more than 30 leadership
projects which include the Jaycees Against Youth Smoking,
which was recognized at a national level for overall achievement.
