JOSEPHINE ONG
Josephine Ong (josephineong@corporate-coach.com) has been
in the people development business for more than 20 years.
She is a Certified Professional Coach and is a key staff
in Corporate Coach, a full fledged Coaching organization
in Malaysia that specially focuses on business, executive
and leadership coaching
Her
professional background of experiences is rich and varied,
with wide exposures in top management positions as well
as in the shop floors of various industries, ranging from
hospitality and tourism. In here she has been deeply involved
in general management, corporate management, strategic management,
sales, marketing, customer service, human resources management
and development. This has provided her with the unique strength
and advantage of being able to combine coaching with mentoring
to help to deliver greater results.
In
her professional career, she has made highly commendable
achievements. She was the Regional Area Director for the
largest travel retail chain in Malaysia. She was also a
flight crew with Singapore Airlines, one of the premier
airlines in the world. Josephine has won many acclaims during
her professional careers that were related to her high level
professionalism and dedication in whatever she dealt with.
Josephine
has many special strengths. Among them is her pragmatic
attitude, and down-to-earth philosophy that guides her.
The other is her multi-disciplinary background which provides
her with a holistic perspective to all situations. As for
her personality, she is a natural leader who can easily
forge partnership with people and is a great role model
who can communicate, motivate and inspire others with much
ease.
Josephine is
involved greatly with many coaching assignments, both individual
and organizationally. She has her own one-on-one clients
where she deals with issues related to business, leadership,
life fulfillment and relationships. At the corporate level,
she is also involved in coaching transformational projects
related to change management, executive development, entrepreneurial
development, etc. Some of the organizations she is currently
handling are Petronas and Watson, which are both the largest
in their respective fields. Internationally, she plays an
active role for being part of the project team, handling
projects related to APEC and the World Tourism Organization.
She is also involved in numerous national projects, with
many of them related to building professional tourism skills
for the tourism industry in Malaysia.
