supervised environment to align coach-students to applying the right coaching
behaviors in accordance to the 11 ICF Core Competencies.
Here you learn to:
- Be a practising coach to coach someone with issues relating to eithe life, executive, business and/or organizational coaching
- Put in the right coaching strategy and structure of questions and approaches to establish the real issue for removal in order for the goal to be attained
- Understand the ICF 11 Core Competencies deeply
- Gain empathy skills (as a coachee) of what works and what does not work in coaching
- Observe, evaluate and offer feedback on coaching performance
